main opposition party All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential
aspirant in February polls, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), commenced
his campaign in Makurdi, Benue State, on January 16th, 2015, Friday.

It should be noted ahead of today’s APC presidential rally in Benue State, the police command has deployed 16 truck-loads of policemen to secure the IBB Square, venue of the campaign.
The command had received an operational order for the enforcement of security during the campaign and assured of protection of lives and property during the rally.
